Dean Belfield - Head of IT
Dean cut his teeth programming in the fledgling years of the home computer revolution working for companies such as Time Warner Interactive and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, developing computer games. He joined VMG during the early days of ScreenFX where he developed “Rembrandt”, the company’s digital media distribution system installed in major shopping malls up and down the country. Previously he was a partner in Remote Area Networks, providing GPS tracking and remote vehicle management solutions for companies such as Ingersoll Rand, JCB and Liebherr. He has also worked for Barcrest, a subsidiary of IGT, and some of his creations may still be seen in the darker recesses of the Bellagio in Vegas. His only claim to fame is that actress Teri Hatcher (on the Jay Leno Show) claimed to be a big fan of “Top Dollar”, a slot machine he worked on. Driving a bright orange Mini convertible he knows no shame.
Andrew Emuss – Installation Project Management, Surveys, Design
Jurgita Vezeviciute – Office Administrator
Before joining VMG for her first office role, Jurgita worked in hair design for two years at top west London salons. She is a native of Lithuania and so adds ‘Lietuvių Kalba’ to the company’s extensive bank of languages. She was keen to work in the new age of media advertising and so leapt at the opportunity to join the VMG team in London as Office Administrator. In her spare time she studies psychology and likes to travel.

Gary Albert - Tech Support & Content Scheduling
Gary started out repairing office equipment in-house for a supplier company in Manchester and went on to be a Field Service Engineer repairing mainly dictation equipment and fax machines. This was followed by building power supply units for every type of mechanical equipment for Chloride in Trafford Park, including wheelchairs and forklift trucks. Wanting something more technically demanding Gary started repairing laptop PC’s and PDA’s for Compal, a Taiwanese company which supplies Dell and H.P. This led to him applying for one of the field service roles with ScreenFX and he now has the dual challenge of providing back-office Tech Support for VMG’s Field Engineers as well as scheduling local advertising and centre messaging content to the screen network. Currently studying for a B Tech in electronics at Trafford College Gary hopes to go on to further studies. In his spare he runs around after his three-year old daughter as his way of keeping fit.
Originally from North Yorkshire, Leon moved to West Sussex four years ago after graduating from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design with a BA Honours degree in Film and Video Production. He joined Screen Media Networks in April 2007 and managed their digital screen network at the UK’s top three theme parks: Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. After the formation of VMG Global Limited in 2009, Leon has worked as a network engineer, installing and maintaining the new ‘Iconic’ digital screen network at some of the top UK shopping malls. In first quarter 2010 he will be travelling to India to begin the first stage of the Delhi airport Pod installation, consisting of seven Iconic pods, with a further 15 to be installed later in the year. He will be responsible for the training of a local logistics team in the installation procedure. In his spare time Leon is a huge movie and music enthusiast. He loves travelling and two years ago walked from Lands End to John O’Groats for charity.
James joined VMG in February 2009, after moving from North Yorkshire to live with his brother and fellow VMG employee Leon Tiffney. James’ background and training is in construction, amply qualifying him for his key role in the ground works and mechanical logistics involved in installing the company’s products, including the Iconic Pods. He is also responsible for post installation ground works such as the re-tiling and making-good. Since joining the company he has trained as a network engineer and is now jointly responsible for the digital screen networks in the south of England. A keen tennis player and footballer James maintains his regular fitness routine in the gym, when he’s not moonlighting as a real ale connoisseur.
Chris Scott – Network Engineer
After serving his apprenticeship in digital and analogue electronics at First Point as an EPOS maintenance engineer, Chris moved into pc builds, gaining Microsoft and HP product architecture course certificates. This led to him working for a Taiwanese company where he spent 4 years repairing and testing laptops, pda’s and tablet pc’s. He then spotted an opportunity to work on the road as a network engineer for ScreenFX whist continuing training in Cisco networking at college. In the last 6 months he has been a key figure in the VMG installation team, putting new InfoPods ‘in the ground’ in major UK shopping malls. He is also responsible for the regular servicing and maintenance of the network throughout the North. When not on the road for VMG Chris enjoys camping and windsurfing on Bala Lake in Wales with fiancé Mel as well as off-roading “to keep the blood pumping”.Leon Tiffney – Network Engineer

Gary Dumbill – Digital Content Production
After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2005 with a degree in Industrial Design Gary looked to pursue a career in digital media. He dipped his toe producing creative motion graphics and animation for a number Northwest based production houses, before diving head first into the VMG team. Gary is responsible for the creative work and production of digital content for local advertisers and for Mall management messaging and promotions. A keen sportsman, he usually carries a limp until mid-week after throwing himself around the football pitch every weekend.
