Times OOH (part of Times of India) Contract

In October 2009, VMG India entered into a sales contract with the outdoor media owner, TOOH and then TOOH agreed to become the national sales partner for Airports and Malls in India This new partnership benefits both parties equally. TOOH gain the undoubted and proven experience and expertise which the VMG India team has developed over recent years as they have designed and delivered remote digital communications and advertising successfully into hostile [large concrete buildings] Outdoor locations such as Airport and shopping malls. VMG India, in turn, has secured a partner with the strongest Share Deal in India and has gained access to the India’s largest Outdoor contractor’s sales and marketing resources as a revenue creator for its digital display panels. VMG India’s digital advertising panel revenue generation is channelled through TOOH for Airports and shopping Malls and in return, TOOH receive a commission for all advertising sales. Effectively, VMG India’s portfolio of advertising panels is now part of TOOH’s Share Deal which only serves to strengthen TOOH dominant position in the Indian Outdoor advertising market, whilst ensuring a continued flow of advertising revenue to VMG India. This mutual partnership is a “win win” for both parties:
